This was the most unprofessional moving company. They damaged over half of the furniture they moved, did not wrap or protect items during moving,(we were told that rolls of plasic wrap cost $48.00 and cost toomuch money) and have refused to make good on all of the damage they caused to our furniture and walls. There were deep scratches, chips, cracked glass, and they have refused to provide any insurance information so that we can get some type of resolutiion to the extensive damage caused by their negligence. Too bad there is not a negative 5 rating as they do not deserve even one star. I'm not used to having a company curse at me because their movers did so much destruction! My beautiful expensive pieces of furniture are ruined and they refuse to give us any insurance information as they indicated they have a $500.00 deductible and don't want to pay it! You should see the damage to our walls and door as well!!!! Thumbs down big time!!! Worst customer service and no satisfaction!

This company earned a five star rating for the extra help they gave me on my move. My expectations were met- highly professional, cheerful, and always willing to do what ever it took to help me. Whether it was the last minute packing, lifting, pushing, or bending Tom and Brian were spot on. I am happily moved ever after.

i.As a locally owned and operated business, we felt safe in using Clausen Brothers Moving Company. When we were setting up an art glass gallery at Johns Pass we were more than pleased with the careful handling of our displays which were quite heavy and had to be moved up stairs on the boardwalk. Gotta say, what a disappointment! I recommended them to my 76 year old mom who recently had a heart attack and has to move in with family, she needs to disperse all of her precious things. My sis decides to use them to remove some items from moms, they accidently disconnect the line for the icemaker, mom comes home to water all over her tile, leading into the dining area carpet! They say they are not responsible and are rude to mom who had to mop up water and call emergency maintenence. How in Gods name they made Angies list is beyond me! Grow up Clausen Bros. That means take responsibility and apologise. I work for the school system, the largest employer of Pinellas County. I will let all know about how you treated my mom and none of the eight could man up!!! You all had the nerve to tell mom Good Luck when she said she'd find someone else. Good luck to you when her grandson who is deployed gets wind of this and lets his hundred plus military friends know never to move with you!
