I have a complaint against one of your employees (LISSA JEAN RODRIGUEZ ESQUIVEL. THIS WOMAN WHO WORKS FOR THE STATE, MIND YOU REMOVING KIDS FROM ABUSIVE HOMES HAS GONE OUT AND DISPLAYED CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION ON HER FACEBOOK PROFILE DISCLOSING DAMAGING INFORMATION THAT DOES NOT CONCERN HER AT ALL. I CANT BELIEVE THE STATE HAS YET TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THE POST IS STILL ON HER FB ACCOUNT ANNOUNCING THE VICTIMS NAME AS WELL AS MAKING AN FAKE PROFILE AND CALLING MY GRANDCHILD A BASTARD... IAM DISGUSTED BY HER ACTIONS. I HAVE MY LAWYER WORKING ON THIS CASE RATHER THAN RETALIATE ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Supervisors at CPS are unethical and unprofessional. Their irresponsible behavior results in illegal removal of children and violation of constitutional rights. This corrupt office should be investigated by the Texas Attorney General's Office. Investigations Supervisors Sergio Martinez, Griselda Vasquez and Duane Vasquez along with Program Director Analisa Benoit should be removed from CPS or the unethical treatment of workers and families will continue.
