Initiated in 2017, this partnership marks a milestone in enhancing medical training and healthcare provision in the region. In 2018, we celebrated the arrival of our first class of dedicated residents into the Family Medicine Residency Program. As a community-based initiative, we are rapidly gaining recognition for delivering comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services to a diverse and underserved population. - Urinary IncontinencePap smears, mammogram referrals, diagnosis and treatment of women’s conditions including urinary incontinence, uterine fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, and a variety of gynecologic surgeries.
- ImmunizationsGateway is currently accepting new patients. For your first visit, please bring your medical records, or request that your previous provider send them to us.
