  Gateway Community Health Center, in collaboration with the prestigious University of Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine, proudly announces the launch of our pioneering Graduate Medical Education programs in the vibrant border town of Laredo, TX. Initiated in 2017, this partnership marks a milestone in enhancing medical training and healthcare provision in the region. In 2018, we celebrated the arrival of our first class of dedicated residents into the Family Medicine Residency Program. As a community-based initiative, we are rapidly gaining recognition for delivering comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services to a diverse and underserved population. Our program focuses on nurturing resident physicians in offering holistic care across all stages of life, encompassing pediatrics, maternity & women’s health, and geriatrics.   If you need after-hours care for an acute non-emergency condition and non-chronic (e.g. condition lasting longer than 2 weeks), please visit our Urgent Care Clinic located at 1515 Pappas St.
• Urinary Incontinence
  Pap smears, mammogram referrals, diagnosis and treatment of women’s conditions including urinary incontinence, uterine fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, and a variety of gynecologic surgeries.

  Gateway is currently accepting new patients.  For your first visit, please bring your medical records, or request that your previous provider send them to us.  Please be sure to bring immunization records for you and your children when you come for your first appointment.As well as any medication you are currently taking.
