On September 26 a spacer came out of the trailer I was towing. Found this company on the web. They repaired the trailer by making a spacer block. Drive 700 miles and had to replace the spacer they built. they used light metal and it collapsed causing me to spend more money on the repair I had done at this repair shop NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SHOP AT ALL. They should refund $200 back to me for they other repair but we will see what happens.

Car died on I-80 last week in subzero temps, had it towed to Jones' (picked at random from the GPS as we don't live in WY). Tracy and company worked on it quickly and efficiently, getting us back on the road with only a 24-hour delay. Good people here!

I had a vibration in the rear of the vehicle and had Tracy and Staff look at the vehicle. They found the drive shaft ready to fly off and a crack in the transmission case. I am glad I had such a professional group to deal with!

During a 3 state road trip my 88' Ford Tioga experienced hard starting/poor acceleration. I stopped in Laramie after going through high mountain colorado and utah not willing venture further till the motorhome got looked at. The referral was through Camping World Road Care,(great customer service) to Jones' Auto Service & Tire. Dave Webb the Tech was professional and very nice - explained everything let me know what kind of timeline and repair the truck was needing, Tracy Jones a very personable "host". Jones Auto had us in and out in 3 hours including test drive, troubleshooting/ diagnoses,parts delivery and removing and replacing parts. I was just getting comfortable, had set up lawn chairs outside,(had 3 dogs on the trip) and had lunch, looking forward to my afternoon nap, when Dave told me the RV was ready to go! Price was competitive considering the circumstances. I highly recommend.
