We have bought two Tacomas from Ken's - one brand new and one used. They went out of their way to find the exact used vehicle my husband wanted and I couldn't have asked for better treatment when I traded my 3-yr old basic Tacoma for one with variable speed wipers and cruise control. They offered me top trade-in value (I had researched it on KB and NADA) and a no-hassle experience. Best dealer I've ever dealt with!

I would not suggest going to this business EVER. I went in to trade in a vehicle and buy one that I had researched very throroughly. The owner of the dealership wrecked my trade-in while test-driving it to get an estimate of it's worth. To make matters worse, the dealer was very beligerant, told me that HE had NOT wrecked my car (because it was an accident). He was unwilling to budge on the price of the car I wanted to purchase OR raise the price of my trade in. I ended up taking the insurance check (which took 2 months to get because the dealership did not give the insurance company my information to contact me, I had to go through another insurance company in town to contact the dealership and find out what the hold up was, I guess they assumed I would know who to contact from THEIR insurance to get the claim going). I was without a vehicle for 2 months, thanks to them, and I ended up driving to Montana to purchase a vehicle that was similar, for $2k cheaper and no hassles. I wil
