I had a very positive experience - helpful and attentive service. Further, multiple friends have had equally positive experiences. (I am partly writing this, because my experience was in stark contrast to the previous poster guest63533. And, Laramie does indeed need a greener dry-cleaning option that we should support).

Fine job cleaning ... don't ask them to press anything, you'll get it back worse than you took it in. Ok, that might be a slight exaggeration, but very slight. And, whatever you do, don't ever let them know that the job they do is sub-par and unacceptable. They will politely ask you to take your business elsewhere. Which is fine, but how do they expect to stray in business in a town the size of Laramie when they ask their customers to take their clothing elsewhere if they want it done right. Apparently zero stars isn't an option.

I recently took a whole bunch of clothes to Down to Earth Cleaning for the first time - I usually take all of my dry cleaning with me if I am visiting family out of town, or going to a conference in a larger city to find someone who will do the job well. I am glad I took a chance and tried this new business, they did a wonderful job. Everything was immaculately cleaned and pressed, the service was top-knotch, and their e-mail system to let you know when everything is ready worked well. The best part was one of the 7 pieces that I took in was a peacoat that had gotten dirty and needed buttons replaced. I took it in to have it cleaned before I started mending it and they tightened the loose buttons and replaced the missing ones at no charge! This is the kind of service that Laramie was missing. The fact that it is all done with less harmful chemicals is the icing on the cake. I will be back.

Excellent. The customer service, quality of the cleaning is the best! They even will mend buttons and delivered a shirt to my office that was not ready when I went to pick it up. Finally, Laramie has a quality dry cleaner business!
