      Hi, My Name is Vicki (Utley) Chown, Owner & Hair Designer at Alley Hair Design & More LLC. I am an Master Colorist with Matrix Hair Color. I have been doing hair full time in a Salon for 27 years. I have owned my Salon for 15 years and I truly love to do hair. I do Textured Cuts, for Men, Women, and Children. Perming Techniques that are customized for your hair. Also Hi-Lites and Low-Lites, all over Color. I stay up-to-date on new techniques. We can discuss whatever technique will work best for your hair. Facial Waxing (eyebrows, lip or the chin) is also available. Then everyone has some sort of bad water in this town...So we do this prepare treatment and protein treatment combination. Which makes the hair feel amazing after getting the orange or green or even that invisible build- up off your hair. Then the proteins will rebuild that moisture level and keep that build-up off a lot longer than just a regular treatment. Hope to see you soon !!
