Just a note about language- they try to use twisting language especially in their Farmington location so that they can never be liars while evading the truth. Ann Arbor is unique in that they care very much for their customers and break all kinds of rules (such as running 15 minute games on occasion or adding time if they was a malfunction), however overall it is run like a mill to maximize sales while pushing customers around (again, Farmington is more guilty of this- its where the owners work). The owners don't like to be identified so that they can avoid customer complaints and confrontations. The managers are poorly paid and poorly treated. The lower level employees are treated even worse. Most workers are kept on call (without pay) and notified sometimes hours before a shift. Wages are below poverty levels for most- $7.40 for referees and cashiers, and
