I felt that communication was not a two way street. They were not willing to listen to our input as our child's parents. They tried avoidance tactics so that it was difficult to work with them in our child's transition and just did what they wanted. I also felt as if they were condescending -- that in their mind they knew better than me what was best for my child . The positive side of the center seems to be the kitchen. My son started eating more varieties of food when going there.
