extremely poor customer service particularly in working with customer service reps Amy and Brenda....Nicole was very helpful. Sad that this is my husband Local 174 Plan Administrator. Problem after problem taking no responsibility for their mess ups. Brenda actually raised her voice to me and hung up stating she does not have to deal with my upset call. Beware!
