Their service is super slow and they are always running out of things. Some of the employees are also rude, and they don't change their gloves enough to be sanitary... If they wear gloves when they manhandle your food.
Very good if you like fresh, organic, healthy food. It's more costly than most but it's higher quality. The only thing was my 5 yr old did not like the kids' meal because it's dense crusty bread and not the soft cheap bread she likes.
