Straight to the point and can do it all. Sears key guy said he could not make copies of my boat key and I need to change entire switch. Mark hooked me up and made the spare key. He also did my motorcycle with easy. Give him a try, he is good and has a ton of experience.

Mark's shop is the only place I go now to have my keys made. My first encounter with him was when he made some urgent repairs on doors and lock at my church. He now services our church needs exclusively. Loved his dry sense of humor.

I had a great experience with Mark's Lock Shop. I called at 9:15 to schedule someone to come and change my nine locks, hoping that it could be done within the week. By 12:50 that same day they were all changed at a very reasonable price. Talk about great service! I could not be happier. frankC

cb from st jhons couldn't possibly have been at Mark's. I've used Mark's a dozen or so times and is the only shop I'll use, theres good reason their consistenly rated the top lock shop in the area. Sure the guy might seem a little huffy and presents with a bit a dry humor but that's just him. But he's also still the kind of shop that works on a handshake and promise or if your a dollor short you can just catch em the next time. That old style of business and skill in the trade means far more to me. I've had hundrands of keys cut as a landlord and construction manager and I'll drive out of my way just for keys because I've never had one not work from him, unlike those i've had done at box stores that have always had at least 1 bad cut in the bunch.

Not satisfied

The first time I walked into the establishment I was not impressed. They weren't helpful at all and acted like I was bothering them.I left and went to a different shop who treated me with respect and dignity.

Initial Contact Not Positive; Follow Up Much Improved.

Initial contact did not make me feel welcome as a customer but the follow up and scheduling of an appointment was timely and accommodating. I am expecting service on 8/8 and will follow up with the results of my experience at that time.
