Elder Law of Michigan is a law firm that provides counseling and litigation services to senior citizens throughout Michigan. The firm represents clients in matters concerning social security, bankruptcy and health care. It also handles cases regarding Medicare, consumer protection, debtors rights and pensions. In addition, Elder Law of Michigan assists clients with issues regarding Medicaid, probate and preparation of will. The firm publishes a newsletter, The Legacy Ledger, which carries updates on developments in the field of elder law.
