Our pets have been going to Dr Edie since she first started practicing at the Zeeb Lansing location, and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else. When the dogs are sick she's there at any hour for them, when it's time to say good-bye to them she does it with such compassion and understanding that you feel comforted to have someone who knows and loves them at such a time. I don't know what we'll do if she ever retires!

My dogs love Dr. Kimball. When we get a few blocks from the clinic they get all excited. When we Arrive at the clinic they go right for the door. To me that says it all. Her prices are extremely reasonable, Her staff is fantastic., but most of all she really loves animals.

My family has been taking all of our various pets to see Dr. Kimball for years and we love her and the staff. The customer service is unmatched and every single person there treats you and your pet like family. I wouldn't dream of taking my pet anywhere else.

We have used Doc Edie for 20 or more years with pets (dogs and cats), our daughter has brought their horses to her for shots, When we have had out of state family come in with pet troubles she treated them like they were old friends. She is just the best, she tells you what is going on and gives options for treatment There is not enough good that can be said about the service and friendliness of her, all her staff and students. You won't find a more dedicated Vet than Dr. Edie. She treats you pets as if they are her own. She is one of the few that are their for you afters hours for emergencies. No stranger for your injured pet. Dr. Edie's staff are the most supportive and caring staff around.

Edie truely cares for me and my son.... she is available via phone for any emergency questions and doesn't just 'refer' you to an emergency vet clinic that is open. She has a pager and calls back often with NO CHARGE! I love that she is straight-forward, open and honest. She doesn't just 'care' she has 'character' and integrity. I have been bringing my fur babies to her for 20 years even though I have since moved 1 hour from her clinic. It is worth the drive to see Edie! Thanks for all you do.... your staff is wonderful too. Edie is everything you could want in a vet. Practical, thorough, competent. She has such a heart for her animal patients and their owners. I feel quite blessed to have her as our vet JB
