I found Dr. Tokhie to be volatile in his mood. For most of our doctor/patient relationship he was fine, although he rarely gave me any information on his diagnosis for me and mostly ever discussed medicine. However, as his treatments continued to not work, he got more and more agitated with me until it was to the point that we had an appointment in the hospital where he got so angry with me that he actually frightened me. I was agitated with him, but do not feel that it gave him the right to be angry back. I believe that a doctor who is trained to work with psychiatric patients ought to have temper management skills beyond those of their patients. I have switched Psychiatrists for this reason. I would not recommend him to any adult patients, especially not those with anxiety problems.
