The Main Line YMCA is a nonprofit organization and features a fitness center, swimming pool and weight room. The organization offers a variety of activities, including swimming, dance, drama, tennis and basketball. It also provides aqua jog and deep water fitness and aerobics programs for adults. The Main Line YMCA conducts spinning and water fitness classes. It organizes day and summer camps for children of different age groups. The organization also offers adult knitting, first aid, lifeguard and other community programs. It offers group exercise and personal training services.
