EXCELLENT! Forever gone are the days of sitting in a salon for hours waiting to get "squeezed in" for my scheduled appointment! I have long natural wavy hair. At a standard salon, stylists take up to 2 hours to do my hair. At Jalenas, WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, I'm IN AND OUT IN AN HOUR OR LESS! (They DO use a LOT of heat, which makes everyone's hair look beautiful when they leave. BUT, I wouldn't recommend that degree of heat on a weekly or biweekly basis...that's just me. I went regularly at first and noticed my hair starting to recede and some of the longest hairs would break easily) I STILL GO ABOUT ONCE A MONTH OR WHEN I HAVE TO GO TO FUNCTIONS AND NEED FOR MY HAIR TO LOOK STUNNING. You will be VERY impressed!
