More than 700 physicians and clinicians comprise the IMEDECS Medical Review Panel, allowing IMEDECS the breadth of expertise to handle every type of independent review. The IMEDECS Medical Review Panel is driven by the most extensive and experienced panel of healthcare professionals in the industry, ensuring that you receive a review that is informed and objective. Reviewers are actively practicing and board certified in the same or similar specialty as the treating provider and have training and experience in treating the disease or disorders they are asked to review. Each reviewer also attests that they have no conflict of interest with the patient, provider, or facility in question. The depth and diversity of the panel allows IMEDECS to specialty match every case. All of the physician specialties on the panel are recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association and the reviewers meet the credentialing requirements defined by URAC.
