If a male called for an estimate, would they insist his wife be present? (Gee, how come my first review never showed up on here? only good reviews show?)

Did not hire. Sexist policies - they insisted my husband be present for the estimate (probably a high-pressure sales presentation where they could play us off of each other?) I am the sole mortgage holder for this home. The deed is in my name only. I earn 2x my husband's salary. I am the "breadwinner." There was no finaicial loan involved with this job - cash was to be paid. My husband is busy with other home improvements. They lost a customer because they could not explain why they had to inconvenience both my husband and I (working different hours) for THEM. No other contractor asked me to do this - or even asked about a "husband." Don't they know MANY women nowadays ARE the wage-earners in their families - or own homes as single women and don't NEED any husband's "permission?" They failed to give me a good reason for the nosiness and inconvenience - no-go. They must lose more customers than they hi-pressure sell to with this outdated sexist policy.

Very highly recommended. Project was done RIGHT and was within our budget. Had a lot of contractors out and these guys offered the best bang for my buck. Great job guys!
