Our focus is Ed Parker's American Kenpo Karate and we also teach Modern Arnis Jujitsu. We offer free demonstrations for local events, have an instructor team, and hold women's self defense courses. Group class and private instruction available. Our instructors strive to provide a safe and open learning environment, and focus on contuining education training and giving back to our local community.
