TSPEC (Technical Specialties) has been my IT Solutions Provider for 1 year. I am very pleased with the superior support my company and I have received from TSPEC. On a scale 1 to 10, TSPEC is a "10". TSPEC installed a 82 access point Meraki WIFI system in our 315 sq. ft. warehouse. This was installed last June/2019 and works perfectly. TSPEC was able to give us better pricing than any other competitor and kept us under budget. TSPEC is a Cisco Meraki reseller. They took advantage of all of the resources available and worked with Meraki engineers. Along with TSPEC's network engineers, they came up with a totally redundant and cost effective solution. The end result is 100% what we needed. Our large scale WIFI network is absolutely perfect. In my 30 years of IT, and 25 years as a network administrator, I've never come across service and solutions as I have with TSPEC this last year. My expert account executive, Teri, guided me through a large scale migration flawlessly. Teri is better than any other account manager is my entire 30 year career. Her main goal is to help me, period. Teri is a pleasure to work with on any project, large and small. Teri is a highly trained and skilled technical solutions expert, she is the best. TSPEC's senior engineer, Patrick is also the best ever in my career. No other network engineer even comes close to Patrick in performance. He is so fast and accurate and like a library, full of knowledge and is so easy and great to work with. Patrick installed a Windows 2019 network. This dual host replication VM network is very fast and very redundant. It is the fastest network ever in my experience with blazing speeds. I get compliments from the users (and that is always great). TSPEC's cabling is like a work of art and could not look or function any better, it's perfect. TSPEC continues to exceed my every expectation. I highly recommend TSPEC.
