      I found Mark to be thorough, efficient, courteous, and fair. He helped us get through a cruddy ongoing plumbing situation with a great attitude. He also took time to explain why it was happening, and what all of us could do to not have this situation this bad in the future. He had some ideas also for a environmentally healthy way to start. Oh yea! We will call Castle for our plumbing needs.Debbie-Freeland
