Front office service is poor. They say there will be rebates on installed items and then, after items installed, say that items did not qualify.

Had very bad experience w/this plumbing company. Their plumber used a sawzall to cut piece of PVC pipe in bathroom and wound up cutting through drain inside wall. This was discovered much later, when drain leaked inside wall. I had to open up wall to fix the damage, repair the wall, repaint it, etc. Plumber refused to cover repair. Their crew also crossed hot and cold water line when running piping into a new bathroom, which made toilets flush hot water. They also soddered a pipe improperly, which burst over a weekend and caused a flood. I would not recommend this company at all.
This plumbing company was a nightmare. Overcharged me. Performed shoddy work. Broke wall in my bathroom to fix their mistake and never repaired the wall. Kept sending me different crews. One guy put duct tape on a sewer pipe, and I found raw sewage oozing into my basement. They crossed hot and cold water lines, so the toilets were flushing hot water. And on and on. Then, they tried to overcharge me. They invoiced me $220 for replacing an o ring on a leaking faucet, claiming it took 2 hours at $100 per hour and the o-ring cost $20. It was supposed to be warranty work, but they didn't care. And since I was home when they sent in their repair man, I know he spent 15 minutes on the repair, not 2 hours. When I complained to their general manager, he told me the bill was "a mistake". Then, they had the gall to put a mechanics lien on my house. I would crawl over broken beer bottles before using this outfit.
