I was unfortunate to choose these people to test my dog, Gracie for the AKC, Canine Good Citizen Test! The test(the first for us) was NOT administered as per AKC protocol and the staff who was in charge knows NOTHING at all about administering tests. My sweet Mini Golden Doodle, Gracie, did not pass, however, the test process was a nightmare. There was no humanity or skill in communicating with me or Gracie. I was ready to give up after working with Gracie, formally and informally for a year and a half! The TDI Evaluator , Steve, was helpful and encouraged me to not give up. I did not give up and Gracie was evaluated yesterday by a knowledgable person who administered the test according to the protocol established by the AKC and who put us at ease and who was able to communicate easily with me and Gracie. Gracie was PERFECT! She passed with flying colors and we are moving forward now, not BECAUSE of these people, but IN SPITE of them. Gracie will be the BEST Therapy Dog EVER!
