the customer services number is so terrible, they never answer the phone , they never return the call and make the people loose their services with the health deparment...

I notice that the people work their do not take their take serious. They should more people ordinated. Your heart should be with assisting people. Working for DSS is a heart matter when you suppose be helping people in need. It is sad when you submit your paper work and later learn that they have lost your information. than later lean that your case has been declined and that isn't good. It is sad when you apply for energy assistant and it take 45 days to come through and you have a cut off notice. They need a lot of improvements Thank You:.

Some of the older and more mature workers try to understand the situations faced by clients while others are curt, crude, inefficient and unwilling...how would you like to get the phone number of a telephone sex agency when you called for a clarification of a question or had trouble reaching another social service link? Quick to discard us as beggars! Times always change though and karma is always lurking around!!!!!

Im so speech-list as to how to describe the poor quality of customer service and professionalism I wouldn't know know where to begin. All I can say is find another branch becausebrightseat is awful. Your paper work will get lost as many have. I think they throw some applications in the trash and then when you tell them that you submitted an application for assistance they mail you another as if you never did and when you tell them that youve submitted one already they said :well we get backed up" so its been four months and they still dont have it they simply say you're going to have to do it over. Stand in line for a half a day no big deal.
