Princess nails are hit or miss but i've went because it is so close to home. I've been there quite a few times over the past year and Im giving them 2 stars since there have been more misses than hits. Manicures are done speedy instead of taking time to soak nails and clean up cuticles. A positive is that the polish stays fresh and nice for 2 weeks. The most recent pedicure was a disaster. The ladies were busy and they didn't seem to know how to handle it. I was asked to sit in pedicure chair with warm water but was left there for 30 minutes so needless to say the water was frigid and with the temperature of the salon extremely cold I was shivering. Because it was so busy I could not get anyone's attention to heat up the water. Once she started the pedicure, she emptied the cold water and my feet were freezing. She used a paper towel under my feet instead of a clean towel. It got soaked within seconds and she never changed it. The massage and scrubbing rough spots on my feet lasted no more than 2 minutes. I understand salons get busy but the quality of work should never suffer. I pay the same whether I wait or get bad service so the dedication to providing a quality service should always be maintained. My sister was with me for this latest visit and we both agreed its worth driving farther to a salon that is comfortable, cleaner and more hospitable.

I am 57 and have had manis and pedis over the years since 1978!!! HOWEVER.....NO ONE can even dream of coming close to Maggie's artistic skills. The precision and perfection of her French Manicure & Pedicure is so natural & wholesome AND it lasts for 6 weeks!!! You'll never want an airbrush mani or pedi ever again!!! Love ya Maggie...you go Girlfriend...you have been blessed with a gift!!!
