OK, I got taken again by this place. They did all my clothes needs for several years until 4 years ago they ruined my husbands shirts. I quit going there. I recently again, took two brand new shirts picked them up today and same story. These shirts are the Columbia brand with the U V protection, My husband has skin cancer, melanoma, has had part of his arm taken out. I washed the shirts myself and they needed ironing so I took them there specially told them to rewash, iron with no starch, no fabric softener and explained why. She said she marked the ticket. Picked them up today. $7.98 per shirt. I asked why and was told they had to be dry cleaned I proceeded to explain why they were not to be dry cleaned. Clerk looked at initial ticket and said no specific instructions were on it and anyway it would have cost more to wash them. She said all she could say was sorry. I definitely will NEVER go back here again. $120. in shirts ruined due to ignorance and incompetency.

Sent dress shirts to be laundered. One came back with a brown scorch mark across the back. They didn't even tell me. They let me wear it to work like that before it was noticed. Poor service. Go elsewhere.

They do not deserve a star because they ruined a $248 dress. Made 3 trips so far and still haven't received the ruined garment nor have I been able to fill out paper work to be reimbursed. Was originally told they would reimburse me for the dress and then later learned it's up to 10x the cost to dry clean it. Additionally, asked if the treatment would change the color before separating the bodice from the skirt because it unbuttons and the whole dress wasn't in need of cleaning and was told NO. Yet, here my dress is with white blotches on it and they only want to reimburse me for 10x the cost to process a skirt, not a dress because they didn't touch the bodice. Drive a little further for quality service.

You have to put at last one star- doesnt deserve that. This establishment, loosely defined, is a company that takes your mmoey, ruins clothing and does not return calls as promised. The shirt was returned with grease stains on it, certainly wasnt left that way and promises of a returned call to address the issue went unresolved. The last straw came when they ruined another shirt, sent it back for recleaning and came back same way. When I asked to have the ourchase of the cleaning refunded, same story: I will call the manager, no call ever recieved. This is not an American Business, if so they would realize customers are not treated this way. Another note, when I went to pick up the shirts and found the stains still there the attendent stated" We have been having an issue lately" You think this would be addressed satisfactorily-- not Quality Cleaners. Honestly worst cleaners I have ever worked with in my entire life.
