Great place to shop, good location. However, the store manager(s) need to make sure the shelves are restocked frequently. Inventory needs to be taken of popular products so customer can buy at any given day. I waste time and gas going to other grocery stores when I'd rather shop at my local Walmart. Some of the staff should act more professional, too. Thank you.

What a pleasure it has been to deal with these nice people at the Lancaster Walmart Pharmacy. We were so frustrated and very displeased with the people at the Walmart Phamacy near our house. They were extremely rude to say the least and could care less if they were helpful or not. However.....every single person we have dealt with at this pharmacy has been wonderful, kind and helpful. Even the pharmacist himself went out of his way to help us when we really needed it. My husband and I will never use another pharmacy but this one in Lancaster.

It depends on when you go to this store. Go M-F before 3pm...you may be somewhat impressed(because it's an older store)...I suppose this is when the Store mgmt team is there... Go anytime after 5pm and on a Sat or Sun...more than likely you will be in for a surprise. This store is in horrible conditions after 5pm and on the weekend. I believe this is when the worst of the worst ee's work...shift/asst/management included!!! I have seen ee's walk right over magazines & books on the floor, ee's step on items, talk on their cell phones while checking out customers, yell across isles to other co-workers(regarding things that are non-work related, smoking in front of the building as people walk through doors, all the shopping carts in the parking lot and the parking lot is filthy(just to name a few) Sometimes, I am embarrassed to even go to this store on the weekend. Call me disgusted! To the Store Mgr and Mgmt team, it falls on you...You should staff appropriately for all shifts.
