It's a family business. His wife works there, too. He knows my name every time, unlike my bank which has a new person every three weeks and I have to have two forms of ID to get my own cash, even after banking for 35 years in the same building.More importantly, Curtis has about 30 years of experience selling KTM. With a glance he knew how I had been riding my new bike, and he had his guys made some slight adjustments for me.I like to hang out while they work on my bike, which was fast, and I always feel very welcome and not "in the way". Ray the mechanic spent twenty-five minutes listening to my ideas about adding after-market products to my bike, and he made some important suggestions.When I first bought my bike from Curtis, as I was leaving, he sent Tony with me for part of the way to make sure I was OK (I just started riding). For the first scheduled maintenance, Curtis himself test rode the bike to make sure it was perfect. You don't get that deep a knowledge from someone who just started selling bikes, his is a family business and you really feel comfortable in the store. I found out later that the maintenance costs (after the first 800 miles) was a fraction of normal maintenance costs, like about half. That makes $1300 in my pocket, all without even asking. I think he just enjoys seeing people get what they want and he's not about the money. As for the bike, I'm surprised, I ride it more than an hour every day, I haven't laid it down once and it's all I can think about, it's the perfect bike for me. I think about it when I work, I think about it when I go to sleep, I get up an hour early just to go riding. I had to drive from the far part of town just to get to him when I first bought the bike. It's been well worth it. Not just for the comfort of knowing that his prices can't be beat, but, more importantly, for his years and years of subtle expertise, his pleasant disposition, the whole package.I read yesterday on an online bike forum that another poster has had great experience with Curtis. Thanks Curtis. I'm riding this ten times more than I thought I would, I thought it would be a weekend thing. I even use it to go to Sam's. It's great that I have to make more than one trip, it's really enjoyable.

I just bought a 2007 950 SUPERENDURO from Curtis. They are a 950 certified dealer ship. Bobby in parts is fantastic, he put up with alot from me in the three months I was waiting for my bike and never once told me to get bent. The service dept is excellent. I beleive them to be a very honest shop and very dependable and they provide quality service.

It took them a couple of hours to fix what the others messed up in 7 weeks. The main problem was a loose (!!) front pilot jet and a bad front spark plug. One of the better 950 dealers is just south of Dallas , Cycle Town South , Curtis White If your looking for a KTM dealership, look no futher. (Cycle Town South) in Lancaster is the one. Curtis White (owner) spent many hours answering questions, and educating me on the 950 adv. I purchased a new 950 from him a couple weeks ago and could not be more please with my decision. Price was fair, and service has been outstanding. Curtis personally services all the 950's, which he also rides. Thats rare thease days. Great dealership and owner. Pay them a visit before you buy else where.

Got my bike into Curtis at 9:00 when the shop opened and they jumped right on it. Curtis's main LC 8 mech spent all day and then some on it. New Akrapovics, first service, coolant flush and replace with liquid ice, full canister/SAS ectomy, rejet, SW Motech crashbars installation, valve adjustment (we put some extra miles on it before bringing it in) and a clutch lever replacement. I think I got special treatment because I live 200 miles away from the shop and I begged and pleaded several times before I brought the bike in for my appointment. Toward the end there Curtis and the LC 8 mech were both working on it. I even got into the act. Supervisorial duties of course and one quick gopher run for a part. Cutis kept three guys well past closing and of course test rode the bike himself. To say I am pleased is a drastic understatement. And the VAH ROOM of those Akras

I took the local advice and went to the Mecca of KTM this morning. I was totaly impressed with Curtis and his shop. He spent at least 30 min. with me showing me stuff answering questions I didn't even know to ask. The shop has a great selection of 950's and even more knowledge. I'll go so far as to say that you would be stupid to deal with anyone esle when it came to anything (or Polaris for that matter) KTM bikes in Texas.

I bought a 950 S from him about a month ago, what a great dealer. Curtis is a great guy, really knows the bikes cold. Great pricing as well....Curtis keeps them in stock and he is great as always. you can also talk to Bobby he is Curtis's Parts MGR and is also FANTASTIC. I think between the two of them they have forgotten more than most of us will ever know.

Probably my favorite bike shop to walk into. People there are friendly and willing to talk to you no matter your knowledge base. They do solid repairs and were always good w/maintenance suggestions. Thank you Cycle Town South for the years of quality work on my 2010 KTM 990 SMT and 625 SMC.

I am in my second go round with CTS. Eric sold me the 2010 RC8R I traded on my new 1290 Super Duke R. Curtis and Robbie got me through a minor warranty repair rough patch. Curtis was truly concerned that I might be unhappy, and even had my bike delivered. It was missing a rear reservoir lid and I met Robbie who was out on a bike ride to get a new part. These guys care about the customer, they are knowledgeable and they stand behind what they sell. I cannot give them enough praise. Well done folks, thanks.

Cycle town south came highly recommended on various ktm forums, so I made an appointment and drove 165 miles from college station to get my duke 690 serviced. I was not disappointed, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, prices were very reasonable for the 10k major service on my bike. Will be back!

Always great folks, will go out of their way to get you back on the road. And have some of the best mechanics around period... Ahhh and they got guys that really know Harleys in and out as well. But in all honesty I've seen harleys, and everything else in there getting worked on.
