I've had a couple of bad experiences at this place. The staff is very aggressive, and they try to sell you stuff that you don't need. I just don't have that "warm and fuzzy" feeling when I walk into this shop. I've taken my Mac there twice to have it repaired, and both times when I got it back, there were new issues. First time was merely directory corruption, and they charged me an hour of labor to run a simple disk repair utility. When I received the unit back, it wouldn't access my desktop, just loop like it was going to login and then again, and again... simply booting holding down "Shift" ran a built-in disk repair tool and corrected the issue. Second time was for a missing keycap, for which they charged me for an entire keyboard... but only replaced the one key, AND scratched the glass on my new 17" MacBook Pro. I thought the Apple store was bad... Never again!
