SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY! Three words: MAJOR WATER PROBLEMS! The cold water pressure in our apartment is so low, when we turn on any sink or shower or run the washing machine, we get warm or hot water only. This has ran up our electric bill to hundreds of dollars a month. The cold water only trickles out of all sinks. We reported the problem to the management. Turns out that all the pipes are clogged with calcium and lime sediment. When they cut holes into our walls to check out the pipes, they patched up the walls with wooden boards and left smaller grooves and holes in the walls. Now wasps and ants come in to the apt from the holes in the walls. We asked the management to close up the holes and they never came. The drain pipe for the washing machine is open letting a sewer smell into our bedroom. There is black mold is the walls from leaking pipes that rotted a baseboard in our bathroom. When they came to fix the leak, they never replaced the baseboard and left a hole behind our toilet.
