I took my jetta in for regular maintenance at 80k miles and Nate brought several preventative maintenance items to my attention that i wasn't aware needed done. he showed me the sheet on alldata that showed a fuel filter and trans flush were recommended so i'm glad i stopped in! The last thing i need is to void the extended warranty on the transmission by not doing the service when it was supposed to be done!

I'm extremely disappointed with Columbia, MD Service Center. I dropped off my car for an oil change yesterday around 11:00 a.m. When I went back to pick up my car at 5:00 p.m. they guy with smiling face informed me that they didn't even take my car to shop. After keeping my car for 6 hours and still I returned without getting any work done. I wasted my as well as my friends time to drive to this service center 5 mies each way. When I dropped by my second car about a month ago, someone named Jay called me asking about other things that needs replacement or repairs. I said NO and asked simply to change oil. So yesterday when I went back to drop off other car, the guy straight away asked me why I don't get my cars oil changed from the same place where I get other services because they charge more? I was shocked with this type of question. Ultimately, they didn't do any work even after keeping my car for 6 hours. What a pathetic service. Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior.
