This POS dealer is a waste of space... he screwed me over with a lemon then claims to sue me!!! Never deal with him or his company when in fact the reason my car broke down in first place was his mechanics fault.

I am a single mother and worked very hard to get a dependable vehicle for me and my 16 year old daughter. After 30 days my car had a head gasket issue and I begged Lucianos to please work something out to help fix the car. They did nothing and the only way I could get it fixed was to ask them to please extend my payments so I could have them repair it. Now I am left with NOTHING! I would never recommend them to anyone and will make sure everyone knows about this!

I bought a car from Luciano's Best Deal Auto a little over a year ago and have had a very good experience. When ever the car needed any work I've always taken it here and they have gotten it taken care of. We even bring my husbands car here to get work done. In our opinion, we have always received quality work and they are super nice. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car and will absolutely buy from here again.

I have been dealing with these people for at least ten ears, l have purchased 13 cars. Anything that needed to be repaired without any hassle,or cost. This is my opinion. The Luciano are very good people to do business with.

I am currently doing business with this company. They sold me a car that isnt in the best of shape. They offered to fix ANYTHING that was wrong, but as of today, 30 days later when my warranty is about to expire, my car still has the same problem. They were to put new tires on my vehicle, that has yet to be done. They refused to give my money back and wont even switch me another car, that would be in better shape. There mechanic is worthless, and I feel the only thing he knows how to do, is change a tire. They are very friendly there, and claim to wanna help you, but when it comes down to it, the car and all its problems, is YOUR problem once you give them the down payment. If you are considering this place, make sure you know a good mechanic, or something about cars, if not RUN!
