wow- unbelievable! after receiving a postcard, offering to sell our home, we figured to give keller/williams a try. the first week, (newer home, well taken care of) we had (3) showings. Then...next to nothing. FEW updates, no offer of open house (until we mentioned it) no follow-up (until we mentioned it etc. sign they put in yard, worn out & part of it blowing across neighbors lawns, even during 'sandy', no one called, stopped by to check their sign or even emailed. we had to keep fetching it. The realtor took a few pictures on a rainy day- never returned to update. You see a picture with a sunny backround vs...wet and rainy, which home backround would get YOUR attn? TWO-months. a few showings, (1) open house, and no offers. Now, we the owners called and emailed the Lancaster office to void our agreement due to unsatisfactory representation, of which many have agreed, (they) wont come get the For Sale sign or lockset off the door :) needless to say, we surely would NOT recommend.
