We recently installed new carpeting in our family room and vinyl plank flooring in our foyer, front living room and dining room. I can't say enough about the professionalism and skill of all of the technicians sent by Indoor City - they were outstanding! Ditto for the design staff who were very helpful in the planning stages.
Recently, we decided to renovate our 20 year old kitchen. We looked around and found Indoor City. The sales staff was friendly and very helpful in helping us select flooring, countertop, backsplash, sink and faucet. However, it went from a very good experience to a bad one because the sales person never communicated that the tile would be a week and half to two weeks late coming in. Due to this lack of communication, the project was not finished for Christmas. This company was a real disappointment! My recommendation: Shop elsewhere! Do not give them your business! They are certainly NOT customer focused. When it came time to deliver on the product, they were sorely way off of the mark! I am not saying to use Lowes or Home Depot, but there are other vendors in Lancaster area.
