Executive Avail-A-Search began in 1965 when Ted and Audrey Johnson, long-time human resource professionals, started a small recruiting company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As the company grew, they were joined in 1980 by Tony Spinelli, who quickly became their top Consultant. When the Johnson's retired in 1985, they sold the firm to Mr. Spinelli. Today, the firm has an impressive 6 Recruiters, Researchers & Administrative support. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of recruiting, especially in the areas of Executive Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Management as well as Sales and Marketing.
