The Communications Center of Pennsylvania is a live, 24-hour phone answering service that is committed to timely responses and customer satisfaction. We are based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As a family-owned business, we provide a level of personalized care that large corporate call centers simply cannot match. Upon joining our service you will be provided a local call forwarding number, which will be answered 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. All your incoming/outgoing calls, paging, faxing, and e-mails will be customized to meet your specific needs. E-mails and faxing are free of charge. Your office will have the ability to customize this service. We also have Spanish-speaking operators available. Always very pleasant to speak with on the phone. Never had a problem in the 2 years I've been using the Communication Center.

Been using them for years, left them for another answering service and than realized that was a mistake. Just came back and will never leave again. Others promise to be cheaper but when you compare apples to apples they are the same price. The only exception is I received 3 complaints with the new answering service and I never had a complaint with the Communication Center. They give you the best quality for your buck.

I just started using this answering service and my customers knew right away. Within the first 2 months my call volume increased and my existed customers thanked me. It is now is now going on 6 months from leaving my existing answering service and I still can not believe I did not leave sooner. The Communication Center is the best answering service I have had in my 10 years of business
