      Spay tanning here is totally awesome! I was going to 2 other places but they have these booths that make you feel like you're in a car wash. Here she uses an air brush and I feel like I'm a work of art. It is soo cool!

      I've been a client for 3 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The Lavashell Massage is my personal favorite.

      This is the place. There have to be close to 100 spas in the Lancaster area, but there's only one Body and Sole. Holly returned my call within an hour, she listened to what I was looking for and directed me to the proper services. After 3 treatments and the supplement she prescribed, I have no foot pain. For the first time in years, I can walk without limping or excruciating pain. I never expected this to work, but it does. Holly is profoundly gifted
