Why I gave this shop a ONE star rating is not because of the dress quality or the service that was given to me and my bridesmaids by the consultants. The problem is purely and 110% the manager/owner. This woman has no customer service skills. She treats her staff horribly and talked to them so inappropriately in front of me, my mother & my whole wedding party. Not only is that bad but on many occasions she rolled her eyes at my mother, one of my bridesmaids and I & talked to us in the same demeaning manner as she acted toward her staff when we asked questions. I am a very simply person and asked very little of someone other then respect. The average person gets married once and this is not how I pictured my experience being. One more concern is if you purchase a bra at this store make sure that it fit correctly. There are no exchanges or refunds on their bras.I was wrong and now I am stuck with a bra I wore for an hour and was told that wouldn't work and was extremely uncomfortable.

I found Perfect Weddings to be awesome! They found me just the right gown and not only were they professional, friendly, but fun! I went to several other bridal salons and found them lacking but not Perfect Weddings. I would recommend that everyone try on a dress there! You will find "The Dress"!!!

After spending $ 200 in alterations I had to take it to another place to be corrected. Most people there are friendly but the owners daughter is VERY RUDE. I would NEVER do business there nor would I reccommend them to anyone. I tried helping a small town business..Wrong all that did was cost me alot of extra time and wasted money!!
