I previously left a really great review for this dentist. Today, I'm writing about a very uncompassionate staff. I called a few moments ago to let them know that my temporary crown just fell out and was informed I have to wait for an appointment over 24 hours from now to get it glued back in. Why, because they have to schedule the chair time. Please tell me how they aren't going to have the 5-10 minutes necessary to perform this task before tomorrow? Couldn't someone work 15 minutes overtime to save me from having to suffer the pain of an exposed tooth for the next day? Wow.........I didn't think I'd have to find a new dentist again ever. Opinions can change in a minute's time. This really is the best $600 I've ever spent (on top of the money the insurance company is paying them).
