Provided by YP.comIt took forever for them to write referrals. They refused to deal with half of my known conditions and then refused to write the scripts for the medication I needed just because it would cause more paperwork for them.

Provided by YP.comMy doctors have switched there so often, I'm not sure who my doctor is. I called because my blood pressure was high, I left a message. I'm already on medication. They called me back the next, told me my doctor was out of town but they would check with the sub doctor Monday (it was Friday). If my symptom worsen, I should go to the emergency room. I was calling to keep from getting any symptoms, but I guess what choice did I have. Why have a doctor if they are not around to help you.
Anyway, it's Thursday and still not a word. Sadly, either my doctor doesn't care, or the staff is incompetent.

Provided by YP.comI've been a patient for a couple years there. My doctor has left because the office was over taken by Fairfield medical. The office is poorly run. Doctors coming and going. I'm a patient and they tell me they can't make my six month appointment (thyroid issues) but later when I do call for my check up, I can't get in for almost 5 months. That's 3 months past when my prescription is out. I have another issue, the doctor I'm seeing can't help, so I have to make another appointment, that doctor wants me to see another doctor, all the while I'm paying for these worthless visits. The office is suppose to call me with the info in a day or two. It's been 8 months. I need a doctor who can handle MY HEALTH! When I'm sick, my prescription etc. I also don't understand why a current patient has to wait 5 months for an appointment. Hope I don't die before then I guess. Clearly poor management on Fairfield Medicals part and poor staffing at Hunter Trace.
