Stopped 8:25 am for med coffee... no one mentioned the coffee rewards card. Luckily I was in Lockport yesterday and they told me about it so I knew to look for ward tag. WHY doesn't your location let customers know?

Basically, I thought I had been charged twice on my card still am not 100% sure as my card when I call says I have been twice but online says only once.Well,at work at the time with no cp to go on my account I called and spoke to and assistant manager.I told her I wasn't sure if my card was and before I could finish saying that Ive worked at mcdonalds before and thought maybe they might have had a similar procedure(counting drawers at night and either confirming that they had extra money or not)she interrupted me " People call all the time saying this and I don't know if your lying or not call in the am and talk to the manager." I said I wasn't sure if my card was and explained how I called it and what it had said and that she didn't have to be so rude and she proceeded to say how was I being rude what should I have said I said you should have said I'm sorry but I cannot help you right now u will have to talk to the manager in the am.Will never go back poor customer service!
