Was a resident at SRV for 6 yrs. Building exteriors in need of painting and general clean-up. Some of the residents disruptive and occasionally volatile, verbally abusive or prone to violence. No security available. Some apartments infested with ants or roaches. Maintenance is adequate but the limited staff is not able to effect repairs in a timely manner. In all the time I lived there, I was never once late with my rent, but upon leaving I was told I would receive the bulk of my rental deposit but after 2 and 1/2 months I have not received a check although the manager assured me that it would be forthcoming.
