I do believe common sense is something Panda Express employees and management at this location does not have! Registered receipt time shows 4:39, 2/21/20. My order included 1/2 noodle, 1/2 fried rice. Was told at register that it would be a few minutes, rice was being made. Pull round and park in front. 12 minutes later, I’m beginning to think they had forgot, when a guy walks out with my bag. I asked if everything was dipped up fresh and he said yes over his shoulder as he was walking away. I really should have checked and taken everything back right then! Got home and Fried rice was warm (not hot like fresh should be) and EVERYTHING ELSE WAS COLD! It was like they dipped everything else up, sat my tray aside AND forgot. Called to speak with manager, manager stated, “Oh well!” Oh well? That is not a response that should be made by management! Here is an Oh Well response for them, “Oh Well, I’ll start going anywhere else and I’ll tell everyone how horrid their food and lack of service at this place!” There are sooo many other places that serve the same food, don’t settle on this cut rate, lack of service, serving cold nasty food place just because it’s close. A 2 minute drive to another location is Well worth the drive!

Really impressed with the service! Marcos is Awsome! Makes you feel right at home!
