Carrol County Locker specializes in custom meat processing and serves the Sterling, Rock Falls area for 70 years. We are able to process meat from the local farmers and resale to the local community. Farmers and individuals are welcome to bring in their beef, hogs, and sheep to get processed. We have a retail store for individuals to purchase from our large selection of beef and pork.
