Lamoni Community Schools is comprised of elementary, middle and high schools that offer learning programs to more than 400 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. It maintains a staff of over 65 teachers and administrators that provide classes in language arts, mathematics, English, social studies, physical education and science. The system s sports activities include volleyball, basketball, weightlifting, track and field and baseball. Lamoni Community Schools also provides membership in various clubs and organizations, such as the National Honor Society and Future Farmers of America. It offers special education services to talented students and those with learning disabilities. The system additionally provides food, transportation and counseling services to its students. It conducts classes in art, drama and music. Lamoni Community Schools organize music concerts, conferences, parties and fun events. The system is located in Lamoni, Iowa.
