The waiting room is great! Free WIFI and a comfortable place to sit. The price is reasonable and service is fast!

They fixed my car, but they had it for 7 days (this was a minor fix) without contacting me about progress or even telling me when it was done. I went in to find out what was going on and they handed me a bill for way more than I know this fix was worth. They charged me for 3 times the labor that it should have taken to put in this part so apparently they need to brush up on their part knowledge. I DO NOT recommend this place they will take you for more than the fix is worth and will not let you know when it is ready.

Just fantastic service. Car had a coolant leak at the Iowa rest stop up a few miles - towed our car, found the leak, then managed to find a replacement coolant tank in a junk yard to replace it. All for an extremely reasonable price, considering it was a Saturday morning. Thank you guys so much!

Fast and friendly service. The owner came out on a Sunday to tow a piece of construction equipment out for us. Very knowledgeable and charged a very fair rate. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our radiator cracked while traveling from Iowa to Arizona...we "randomly" pulled into a truck stop where Darrin was in the process of towing a car. He gave us his shop's location and his phone # and said to follow him. We made it slowly but surely to his shop 8 miles away. He let us borrow his truck to drive to Indianola to pick up a new radiator! He installed it for us and then let us test drive our truck before we even paid him! If you don't use his shop for your vehicle's needs, you are missing out on the opportunity to meet one great mechanic and person!

Charged 200 bucks for service they never did. I was in a crunch so had no choice and 15 miles down the road my truck broke again.

These folks are the most honest folks you could ever meet. Not sure who commented below about alleging I 35 billed for work that was never done. I wouldn't believe that in a million years I know these folks well who own and operate this shop.

Billed for services that were never provided. Lied when confronted with proof. Woman in the office was extremely rude and arrogant. Facilities were filthy.
