Kenneth Daniels , OD, FAAO Dipl ABO, Adj. Assist. Clinical Professor, Cornea and Specialty Contacts Lens; Center of International Studies and External Preceptor was a National Eye Institute Clinical Investigator at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry where he was also the Director of Contact Lens Research. He was formerly employed as Director of Clinical Lens Research (Allergan) and was a research associates at the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia. Dr. Daniels maintains a private practice in Hopewell and Lambertville, New Jersey specializing in contact lens, low vision, and refractive surgery also serving as an external educator for Pennsylvania and New England College’s of Optometry. He has completed a multitude of research and development projects for the majority of contact lens and medical device manufacturers and sits on several corporate advisory panels. He is series editor for an ophthalmic text and contributing editor to several professional journals, was a column author for Primary Care Optometry News, has authored several book chapters regarding Dry Eye, refractive Surgery, Presbyopia and lectures nationally and internationally. Dr. Daniels is a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry (1998), a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry (2011) and an active member in the AOA Cornea and Contact Lens Section. Dr. Daniels has served his profession NJSOP President (2017-2018) and several committees for the AOA.
