As a shopper, you might have a satisfactory experience at this store -prices for quality clothes are reasonable. As a consignor, however, you might be disappointed, just like I was in my first consignment experience. It was too much of a hassle for very little $ accompanied by negligence and ignorance of the staff who had managed to lose two of my 10 items & who seemed to be unwilling to deal with the issue or to apologize for the inconveniences. A young rep whose name, I think, was Elaine, was polite &more considerate than the rest of the staff. My advice to anyone who wants to clean out a closet is: donate your unwanted clothes to a charity, church, etc. -your good deeds are more likely to be appreciated. But if you decide to deal with GSC in L/ville, be aware -store keeps 60% of the profit and takes no responsibility for damaged, missing, stolen or lost" items.
