We just took our dog to these people and it was the most horrific experience I've ever had at a vet in my life! Our dog is an American bully who is 4 months younger than she would like for her to be bred, based off her standards. The staff who took our appointment btw knew our dogs age when we made the appointment. Knew we artificially inseminated her as well. We get into the room she looks over the chart and turns around tells us she refuses to see our dog. That we dont care about our dog at all. Mind you she is yelling not talking. When we try to explain to her that we've done extensive research on this with this breed of dog, and literally everyone besides her recommend you start to breed this breed at 12 months of age. She continues yelling saying she won't even spay or neuter a dog until they are 2 years old. I've never been treated so horrible in my life by a vet. We love our dogs just like our children and would never do anything to harm them. She literally kicked us out of the clinic and slammed the door!!

We have always taken our dog to The Pet Doctor and have always had the best care. Our dog is not social so he can be really hard to deal with, but they are always patient and gentle with him. They're upfront with costs and Dr. Eliza Smith and Dr. Zach Scheurich try to explain everything in plain English that any non-vet could understand. These docs really take thier time with your pet, so if they're a little late seeing yours, remember your pet will get that 100% attention soon. I'd rather wait for that careful attention than getting a rushed, incomplete visit.

Always ask for a price for everything, they have a big issue with upping the bill on you, with out them telling you right price untill you go up to pay, i'm not the only one this has happend to, just be careful on unnecessary add on's they will try and stick on you.

This clinic ROCKS!!!! Our dogs are show dogs that love the clinic staff as well as the vets. If they come in not feeling well and scared they staff is gentle and calms them. If they are hyper puppies they are tolerant and seem to put up with them even when I as the owner wanted to strangle him. This is a good place for sure. Thanks Dr. Cindy.
Very clean facility, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and good prices! I always feel my 3 pets are in good hands there!
